Order
The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that, for a period of 12 months, you, Mr Pawel Stasinski, must comply with the following Interim Conditions of Practice:
1. Except in life threatening emergencies, you must not carry out a physical assessment/examination of a female patient (of any age) unless you are accompanied by, and directly observed by, another registered healthcare professional.
2. You must maintain a record of every case where you have been involved in the physical assessment/examination of a female patient in a life-threatening emergency and without another healthcare professional being present.
3. You must provide a copy of such records to the HCPC at least 14 days before any HCPC review of this Order or, alternatively, confirm that there have been no such cases during that period. You must make those records available for inspection at all reasonable times by any person authorised to act on behalf of the HCPC.
4. You must ensure that your line manager/mentor/supervisor sends a written report to the HCPC at least 14 days before any HCPC review of this Order. This report should comment on your professional performance, with specific reference to your compliance with these Conditions. It should also detail any patient complaints that you have been involved in.
5. You must inform the HCPC within seven days of becoming aware of:
A. any patient complaints you are involved in;
B. any investigation started against you; and
C. any disciplinary proceedings taken against you.
6. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to the interim conditions in this Order:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work requiring HCPC registration;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of your application) for professional work requiring HCPC registration;
C. any prospective employer for professional work requiring HCPC registration (at the time of your application); and
D. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training.
7. You must allow the HCPC to share, as necessary, details about your performance, compliance with, and/or progress under these Conditions with:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work requiring HCPC registration;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application) to undertake professional work requiring HCPC registration;
C. any prospective employer for professional work requiring HCPC registration (at the time of your application); and
D. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training.
Notes
This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 9 April 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available.
