The Interim Suspension Order is replaced with immediate effect by an Interim Conditions of Practice Order in the following terms. You must comply with the following Interim Conditions of Practice:

6. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a workplace supervisor who is registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 7 days of commencing professional employment. You must attend upon that supervisor every 2 weeks and follow their advice and recommendations. Such supervision may be undertaken online. You are required to provide an updated report from your supervisor on your performance at least 2 weeks before any review hearing.

8. You must inform the HCPC within 7 days if you take up any professional work.
9. You must inform the HCPC within 7 days if you are subject to any complaints against you, workplace investigations or disciplinary proceedings.
10. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work.
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with to undertake professional work (at the time of application);
C. any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application);
D. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training;

11. You must allow the HCPC to share, as necessary, details about your performance, compliance with, and/or progress under these conditions with:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
