ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Zoe Embelton, must comply with the following conditions of practice:
1. You must confine your professional practice to your current employer, Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.
2. You must not undertake safeguarding decision-making responsibilities, including triage, or escalation of safeguarding concerns.
3. You must have fortnightly supervision sessions with a manager or safeguarding lead.
4. You must undertake further CPD including on safeguarding.
5. You must provide the HCPC with reports every three months from your supervisor evidencing your progress in your role and compliance with these conditions.
6. You must restrict your practice to a single employer, notify the HCPC should you change employer, and not undertake any agency or locum work.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 27 January 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.

Right to Apply to the Court
Under Article 31(12) of the Health Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to revoke or vary the conditions imposed.
