The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 17 January 2025 is varied. The conditions are: 

1.  You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a line manager or clinical supervisor and supply details of your supervisor(s) to the HCPC within 7 days of the Operative Date. 

2. You must arrange, meet with and review your clinical practice and your wellbeing with your line manager or clinical supervisor every 2 weeks. You must follow their advice and recommendations.

3. You must obtain a report from your line manager or clinical supervisor on your clinical practice and wellbeing at least 7 days prior to any further hearing.

4. You must work in a multi-chair clinic with other HCPC registered podiatrists in the same location. 

5. You must limit your registered work to a sole employer. 

6. You must inform the HCPC within 7 days if you cease to be employed by your current employer.

11. You must cease practising immediately if you are advised to do so. [Redacted]

12.  You must inform the HCPC within 7 days of becoming aware of: 

       i. any patient safety incident you are involved in; 
       ii. any investigation started against you;  
       iii. and any disciplinary proceedings taken against you.

13. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions: 

      i.  any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

      ii. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with to undertake professional work (at the time of application);  

     iii. any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application);

     iv. any organisation through which you are undertaking   professional training.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 17 July 2026, or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.

Right to Apply to the Court
Under Article 31(12) of the Health Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to terminate the order.
