Allegation
As a registered paramedic (PA051802):
1. When attending on Service User A on 26 January 2023:
a. You did not obtain, and/or ensure the patient record detailed, information regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) stated to have been carried out on Service User A.
b. You did not convey Service User A to hospital when this was required.
2. The matters set out in paragraphs 1 and/or 2 above constitute misconduct.
3. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason
of misconduct.
