Allegation
As a registered Paramedic (PA41236):
1. On 18 November 2025, you were convicted at Sheffield Crown Court of:
a. One offence of attempt to arrange / facilitate the commission of child sex offence – rape/ assault by penetration of child under 13 contrary to section 14 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and section 1(1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981; and
b. One offence of attempt to arrange / facilitate commission of child sex offence – sexual activity – no penetration contrary to section 14 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and section 1(1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981.
2. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of conviction.
