As a registered Occupational Therapist OT28029 your fitness to practise is impaired by 
reason of your or conviction/health. In that: 

1. On 8 April 2022 you were convicted at Edinburgh Sheriffs Court of driving a motor 
vehicle on a road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your 
breath, namely 137 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceed the 
prescribed limit, Contrary to section 5(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1988. 

2. On 8 April 2022 you were convicted Edinburgh Sheriffs Court of driving a motor 
vehicle on a road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your 
breath, namely 140 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceed the 
prescribed limit, Contrary to section 5(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1988. 

3. You have a physical and/or mental health condition as set out in Schedule A. 

4. By reason of your conviction and/or health your fitness to practise is impaired.
