ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order imposed on 03 November 2022 as varied by the Panel on 08 November 2024, is confirmed. The conditions of the Order remain as follows:

1. Before undertaking any work in radiography, you must undergo extensive, supervised training to ensure that you are able to work competently and safely. Prior to working unsupervised, your competence must be confirmed and you must be authorised to work unsupervised by either a senior Radiographer or Radiographer manager.
2. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you take up any employment which requires your registration.
3. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.
4.  If you take up any employment which requires your registration as a radiographer, you must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
   
   a. Any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
   
   b. Any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
   
   c. Any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 03 May 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes
available after it was made.
