Allegation
As a registered Physiotherapist (PH97138):
1. On or around 1 November 2022, you:

b. saw one or more patients when unfit to do so.
2. On or around 25 September 2022, you were dishonest with your employer in that you requested compassionate leave in light of bereavement, when you knew this was not true.
3. You have the health condition as set out in Schedule A below.
4. The matters set out at particulars 1 and 2 above constitute misconduct.
5. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct and/or health.
