You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a suitably experienced workplace supervisor at each employment, who must be registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator. e. completing correspondence to other professionals, including prescription requests.

5. Prior to any future HCPC review hearing, you must send to the HCPC reports from your workplace supervisors covering the issues outlined in Condition 4 and about how you are progressing in your role. This must be provided at least 7 days before any review hearing.

6. You must undertake monthly clinical supervision with an appropriately qualified and HCPC registered Dietitian. Clinical supervision must include a sample of case notes to include a discussion around clinical care planning and justification. You must provide both the Registrant’s notes and the HCPC registered Dietitian notes of these clinical supervision sessions to the HCPC within 14 days of the next review hearing.
