As a registered Paramedic (PA02264):  

1. On an unknown date in April 2019, you inserted a red coloured ‘butt plug’ into Person A’s anus without reasonably believing she consented to this.  

2. Between July 2019 and 26 March 2021, you made personal visits whilst on shift;  

3. Between December 2020 and March 2021, you used the Scottish Ambulance Service’s IT systems in order to conduct your affair with Person A;  

4. On an unknown date in January 2021, you anally penetrated Person A without reasonably believing she consented to this;  

5. You did not inform the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and/ or your employer as soon as possible that you had been charged under section 9 of the Sexual Offences Act 2009 for voyeurism  

6. Between 21 September and 20 October 2023, you received and deleted email requests from [redacted] regarding your internal investigation and on 10 October 2023 advised [redacted] that you had not received these emails;  

7. Your conduct in relation to Particular 2 was dishonest in that you represented to the Scottish Ambulance Service that you were working when you knew you were not;  

8. Your conduct in relation to Particular 3 was dishonest in that you represented to the Scottish Ambulance Service that you were using their IT and/or mobile for work purposes when you knew you were not;  

9. Your conduct in relation to Particular 6 was dishonest in that you deleted emails from your employer to conceal updates regarding your criminal investigation;  

10. The matters set out in Particulars 1 and 4 above are sexual in nature and/or sexually motivated.  

11. The matters set out in Particulars 1 – 10 constitute misconduct; and  

12. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
