As a Registered Physiotherapist (PH64299):

 (1) On one or more occasions between May and November 2023, in your capacity as a Yoga instructor, you manually adjusted the body positioning of one or more class members without their consent, as set out in Schedule A; 

(2) On or around 23 October 2023, while manually adjusting Person B’s body position during a yoga class, you touched Person B’s breast; 

(3) On or around 30 October 2023, while manually adjusting Person A’s body position during a yoga class, you touched Person A’s breast; 

(4) Your conduct at paragraphs 2 and/or 3 above was: a. sexual in nature; b. sexually motivated. 

(5) On an unknown date between April and October 2023, during a physiotherapy session with Person C, you: a. a pulled down your trousers; and/or b. exposed your underpants to Person C. 

(6) Your conduct at paragraph above was sexually motivated; 

(7) On an unknown date between around June and August 2023, you breached patient confidentiality, in that you discussed Person D’s treatment and/or test results with Person C; 

(8) The matters set out in particulars 1 – 7 above constitute misconduct. 

(9) By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired.
