Allegation
As a registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP37950):
1. On 8 July 2022 you were convicted at Guildford Magistrates’ Court of
driving a motor vehicle, after consuming so much alcohol that the
proportion of it in your blood namely 101 milligrammes of alcohol in 100
millilitres of blood, exceeded the prescribed limit.
2. You did not inform the HCPC as soon as possible that you had been
convicted of the offence in particular 1 above.
3. The matter set out in particular 2 constitutes misconduct.
4. By reason of the matter set out above, your fitness to practise is
impaired, by reason of conviction and/or misconduct.
