As a registered Paramedic (PA44269):

1. Between and around March 2020 and March 2022 you made one or more inappropriate comments to your colleague, Witness C, as set out in Schedule A. 

2. On or around 31 March 2022, on one or more occasions without Wintess C's consent, you intentionally:  

touched and/or grabbed Witness C's bottom; and/or touched and/or stroked Witness C's calf and/or thigh. 

3. Between and around January 2018 and April 2022, you made one or more of the inappropriate comments to your colleague, Witness D, as set out in Schedule B.

4. Your conduct in relation to particulars 1 and/or 2 and /or 3 was sexually motivated.

5. The matters set out in particulars 1 - 4 constitute misconduct.

6. By reason of misconduct, your fitness to practise is impaired. 

Schedule A 
 Words to the effect, stating / asking 
i.  If Witness C was on contraception; 
ii.  You were glad Witness C was on contraception;  
iii.  It was better now, when Witness C was pregnant, because you could not get 
her pregnant;  
iv.  Now you don’t have a boyfriend, we should give it a go; 
v.  Witness C’s partner was lucky;  
vi.  Witness C had a cute bum; 
vii.  Witness C must work out; 
viii.  If we shut the door, no one would see anything 
ix.  Pull up around here and have sex and no one would know; 
x.  Witness C to go his house so you could sleep together.
