As a registered Physiotherapist (PH45724):
1. On 16 December 2024you were convicted at Shrewsbury Crown Court of:
Sexual assault on a female

2. On or around 7 January 2008, you attended Service User 2 at her home and you:
(a) pulled down and/ or removed Service User 2’s underwear without her permission;
(b) massaged Service User 2’s buttocks without her underwear on;
(c) stroked Service User 2’s stomach;
(d) touched Service User 2’s groin without her underwear on;
(e) said words to Service User 2 to the effect of:
(iii) “shall I massage your breasts?”; and
(iv) “your nipples have come out now”
(f) placed your lips on Service User2’s nipple.

3. Your conduct in relation to Particulars 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), 2(d) 2(e)(i), 2(e)(ii) and/ or 2(f) was sexually motivated.

4. The matters set out at Particulars 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), 2(d) 2(e)(i), 2(e)(ii), 2(f) and/ or 3 constitute misconduct.

5. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your conviction and/ or misconduct.
