ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 27 October 2025 is varied. The conditions are:

(1)  You must confine your professional practice to employment in your current role with Devon Partnership NHS Trust and/or Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.

(2)  You must not undertake any agency or locum work outside your current employment.

(3)  You must not undertake managerial safeguarding decision-making responsibilities, including triage, or escalation of safeguarding concerns.

(4)  You must have monthly supervision sessions with a manager or safeguarding lead.

(5)  You must provide the HCPC with reports every three months from your supervisor evidencing your progress in your role and compliance with these conditions.

(6)  You must notify the HCPC forthwith if your current employment ceases and/or if you wish to change your employment.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 1 January 2027 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made. 

Right to Apply to the Court
Under Article 31(12) of the Health Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to revoke or vary the conditions imposed.
