Allegation
Between June and September 2022, whilst working at the Centre for Health and Disability Assessments you caused or allowed out of hours payments up to £3,861 to be paid to you, as set out in Schedule 1.
2. Your conduct in relation to Particular 1 above was:
a. inappropriate in that out of hours payments related to matters where substantial file touches were carried out within working hours.
b. dishonest in that you knew your conduct was inappropriate.
3. The matters set out in particulars 1 and/or 2 above constitute misconduct.
4. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your misconduct.
