ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order is confirmed as follows:

You, Andrew Wright must comply with the following Interim Conditions of Practice:

1. You must not undertake work/consultations, paid or unpaid (which requires your registration with the HCPC), with children under the age of 18 years, or with adults who have additional learning needs and/or cognitive or communication difficulties such that they are unable to express themselves readily.

2. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer, or take up any other or further work, paid or unpaid, which requires your registration with the HCPC.

3. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

4. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you are charged by the Police with an offence relating to this allegation.

5. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application)

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 1 May 2023, or earlier, if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
