Order
ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 19 October 2023 is confirmed. The conditions are:
(i) The Registrant must meet with a workplace supervisor, registered with the HCPC, or other appropriate statutory regulator, on a monthly basis. Such meetings should address, but are not limited to reviewing note keeping, clinical decision making, caseload management and data protection.
(ii) The Registrant is to complete all mandatory training.
(iii) The Registrant should provide a written report from her workplace supervisor 7 days before each review hearing of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.
Notes
This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 15 July 2024, or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
