As a registered Practitioner Psychologist, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that:

1. On or around 20 October 2020, you:

Acted in an unprofessional and threatening manner when in a conversation with Colleagues A and B about a service user in that you were shouting and/or intimidatingly pointing your finger

2. On or around 21 October 2020, you acted in an unprofessional and/or threatening manner towards colleagues A and/or C and/or D in that:

you were shouting at colleagues and/or talking over colleagues

In a meeting with you made racially inappropriate remarks, in that you said:

“The whites in the team” or words to that effect

“White people” or words to that effect

“The white Polish, whatever her name is” or words to that effect.

3. The matters set out in particulars 1 and 2 above constitute misconduct.

4. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired
