As a registered Paramedic (PA22687) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct in that:

1. Between 26 June 2022 – 28 July 2022 you made the following comments to Person A:

a. You sent a text message to Person A that stated that they "look hot in both senses", or words to that effect.
b. You said to Person A that they look "sexy", or words to that effect.
c. You said to Person A "if I could kill you I would", or words to that effect.

2. On 27 July 2022 you placed your hand on Person A's bottom without their consent.

3. On 27 July 2022 you ran your finger down Person A's back without their consent.

4. On 28 July 2022 you physically assaulted Person A by means of strangulation.

5. Your conduct in relation to particulars 1a-1b and/or particular 2 and/or particular 3 was sexually motivated.

6. The matters set out in particulars 1-5 above constitute misconduct.

7. By reason of your misconduct, your fitness to practise is impaired
