The Interim Conditions of Practice Order imposed on 28 August 2024 is varied. The conditions are: -

1. You must limit your practice as a Radiographer to working for a single employer and you must not undertake any agency or bank work.
2. You must not carry out any CT scan procedures or images or view any CT-generated images.
3. You must not undertake work with any female service users unless accompanied at all times by another health care worker.
4. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor who is a Radiographer registered by the HCPC, and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of the supervisor being identified. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.
5. You must meet with your supervisor on a monthly basis to consider any conduct issues in relation to your practice that might arise.
6. You must allow your supervisor to provide information to the HCPC about your progress and any concerns relating to your conduct no later than 14 days before any review of this order.
7. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you become subject to any disciplinary proceedings.
8. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions, namely any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 3 October 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
