That you, a registered physiotherapist:

1. On or around 27 October 2022, during an appointment with Patient A:

a. Massaged Patient A’s buttocks without:

i. Prior warning and/or explanation;

ii. Clinical justification.

b. Did not obtain Patient A’s consent to touch their buttocks;

c. Said to Patient A “I enjoyed it too” or words to that effect.

2. On or around 10 November 2022, during an appointment with Patient A:

a. Touched Patient A’s genital area with your hand without;

i. Prior warning and/or explanation

ii. Clinical justification

b. Massaged Patient A’s buttocks without;

i. Prior warning and/or explanation

ii. Clinical justification

c. Did not obtain consent to touch their genital area and/or buttocks;

d. Whilst massaging Patient A’s buttocks said “I best check the time so I don’t get carried away” or words to that effect

e. Caused or allowed your penis to come into contact with Patient A’s leg

f. Asked Patient A to kneel on all fours without:

i. Explanation

ii. Clinical justification

g. Said “fucks sake” and/or “shit” or words to that effect;

h. Asked Patient A if they had a boyfriend;

i. Did not offer a chaperone and/or record whether a chaperone was offered.

3. Your actions at any or all of particulars 1 and/or 2 above, with the exception of 2(g), were sexually motivated

4. Your actions described in paragraph 1-3 above amount to misconduct.

5. Your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your misconduct.
