Order
ORDER: The Registrar is directed to impose the following conditions on the registration of Mr Stuart Morris for the remainder of the period of the order (namely until 12 June 2026).
You must comply with the following conditions:
1. You must restrict your employment to a single, substantive employer and provide details of the employer to the HCPC within 7 days of commencement.
2. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor (‘Workplace Supervisor’) registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator, and supply details of your Workplace Supervisor to the HCPC within one month of the Operative Date. You must attend upon that Workplace Supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.
3. You must work under direct supervision.
4. You must maintain a record of every case where you have provided professional services to patients and you must:
a. provide a copy of these records to the HCPC not less than 14 days before the date of any Interim Order Review or confirm that you have not provided such services during that period;
b. make those records available for inspection at all reasonable times by any person authorised to act on behalf of the HCPC;
c. ensure that the records comply with the following requirements:
i. the records provide the dates and times on which you have provided professional services;
ii. the records set out the nature of the professional services;
iii. the records provide feedback from the supervisor on the appropriateness of your performance; and
iv. the records are signed by the person supervising your work for that shift at the end of each period of duty.
5. You must request your Workplace Supervisor to provide a report on your progress to the HCPC at least 14 days before any review of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.
6. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any capability or disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.
7. You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up any other or further professional work.
8. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
a. Any organisation or person employing you to undertake professional work;
b. Any prospective employer (at the time of your application).
9. You must allow the HCPC to share information with any organisation or person employing you to undertake professional work.
Notes
This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 11 December 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
