Data policy

The Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service (HCPTS) is the adjudication service of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

How personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected in relation to HCPTS activities is governed by the HCPC’s Data Protection Policy.
