Freedom of Information
This page provides information about your rights under the Freedom of Information Act and how we manage requests for recorded information.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) gives a general right of access to recorded information held by public authorities. It also sets out exemptions to that right and places specific obligations on public bodies.
The Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service (HCPTS) is the adjudication service of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is governed by the HCPC's Freedom of Information Policy.
