Allegation
1. On 26 September 2017 at North Hampshire Magistrates Court you were convicted of:
On 10 September 2017 you drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, you drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit, contrary to section 5(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1998 and schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
2. You applied for registration and did not inform the HCPC of your conviction whilst the application you submitted on 2 August 2017 was still pending.
3. Your actions described at particular 2 were dishonest.
4. Your actions as described at particular 2 and/or 3 amount to misconduct.
5. By reason of your conviction and/or misconduct, your fitness to practise.
