Allegation
Whilst registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Paramedic:
1. Between approximately August 2017 and 17 November 2017
a) You made more than one anonymous telephone call to Person A, including on / or around:
i) 13 October 2017;
ii) 17 November 2017.
b) On or around 13 October and/or 17 November 2017, you referred to Person A “doing coke” or words to that effect.
c) your actions at 1(a) and/or 1(b) above were inappropriate.
2. The matters set out in paragraph 1 constitute misconduct.
3. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
