ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that, for 18 months from the date that this Order takes effect (“the Operative Date”), you, Kim Barnes, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within one month of the Operative Date. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

2. The supervision must include fortnightly meetings with your supervisor in order to review your cases, in relation to communication and time management, with particular reference to:

· Safeguarding and

· Risk management.

3. You must ask your supervisor to provide the HCPC with a report on your progress in relation to the matters set out in condition 2 above, such to be received by the HCPC no later than two weeks before any review hearing.

4. You must only work for your current employer, Wokingham Hospital of the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or propose to take up any other or further employment.

5. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

6. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

i. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

ii. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

iii. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 24 August 2022 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
