Allegation
As a registered Paramedic (PA32016) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your misconduct and/or health. In that:
1. During your employment with Scottish Ambulance Service, and whilst stationed at Largs Ambulance station, you displayed threatening, intimidating and aggressive behaviour towards colleagues, as set out in Schedule A;
2. You have a mental health condition, as set out in schedule B.
3. Your actions at paragraph 1 amount to misconduct.
4. By reason of your misconduct and/or health your fitness to practise is impaired.
