Order: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order imposed is varied and you, Mr Aron Moorhouse, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You must not engage in the provision of services to female patients (which includes direct or video-conference services, triage, review, advisory or administrative tasks.)

2. You must disclose the fact that you are subject to criminal proceedings and HCPC regulatory investigations to any prospective employer or agency.

3. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you take up employment as a physiotherapist.

4. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

5. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 15 May 2023 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
