Order: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Mr Brian Woolford, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You must confine your professional practice to direct employment with Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust and promptly provide them with a copy of these conditions.

2. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust, or if any further concerns are notified to you about your conduct and/or practice.

3. You must confine your professional practice to non-clinical duties, or working as part of a double crewed ambulance with a paramedic of band 6 or higher, or an equivalent healthcare professional registered with a regulatory body.

4. You must not provide care to female service users, except in an unforeseen emergency situation, unless directly supervised by a colleague who is a band 6, or higher, registered paramedic, or an equivalent healthcare professional registered with a regulatory body. For clarity direct supervision means within the line of sight and hearing of the supervisor who must not be engaged in driving duties.

5. You must maintain a record of every case where you have been involved in the direct provision of care, unsupervised in an unforeseen emergency situation, to female service users. This log must be signed by a line manager on a monthly basis.

6. You must provide a copy of these records to the HCPC two weeks before each review hearing.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 26 January 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
