Order
ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that for a period of 18 months today’s date you Mohammed J Ali must comply with the following conditions of practice:
1. You must confine your practice as Hearing Aid Dispenser to one named employer and you must not work for an agency.
2. You must inform the HCPC of the name and address of your employer within 7 days of taking up your employment as a Hearing Aid Dispenser.
3. When working as a Hearing Aid Dispenser you must not undertake any management or supervisory role.
4. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 7 days of commencing employment with your employer. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow his / her advice and recommendations.
5. You must use your best endeavours to obtain a report from your workplace supervisor as to the way in which you have performed as a Hearing Aid Dispenser whilst in the employ of your employer and furnish a copy of that report to the HCPC at least 14 days before any review of the Interim Order.
6. You must inform your employer of these conditions.
Notes
This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 19 December 2023 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
