Proceeding in private
1. The Panel received an application from Ms Angliss that this hearing should proceed wholly in private. The application was supported by the Registrant. The grounds of the application were that it was important not to prejudice any criminal proceedings that may ensue. Having heard and accepted the advice of the Legal Assessor the Panel determined that in order to ensure that no prejudice was caused to any possible criminal proceedings, the entirety of this hearing should be conducted in private.
