Allegation
As a registered Operating Department Practitioner your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that:
1. On or around 5 November 2018 you communicated in an nprofessional way, in that you called Colleague B “a lazy b*****d” or words to that effect.
2. On or around 7 December 2019 you showed pornographic material on your mobile phone to Colleague A.
3. On or around 14 August 2020 you sent a threatening message via Facebook to Colleague A, which said “you silly silly girl, all this over a stupid video. If I lose my job because of you, mark my words you will be very sorry” or words to that effect.
4. You did not inform the HCPC that you had been suspended by your employer in December 2019.
5. Your conduct in relation to particular 4 above was dishonest.
6. The matters set out in particulars 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 above constitute misconduct.
7. By reason of misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
