Allegation
Whilst registered as a Paramedic:
1. On or before 31 March 2016, without prior approval you removed and/or kept items at TVAPS premises which belonged to East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust and included:
a. A braun thermometer (Asset number EA48441);
b. An AED Pro Defibrillator (Serial Number AA13C027882, Asset Number EA32 894);
c. 3 helmets;
d. A green kit bag containing oxygen and other equipment;
e. A blue bag containing extraction collars;
2. Your actions at paragraph 1 are dishonest.
3. The matters described at paragraphs 1 and 2 amount misconduct.
4. By reason of your misconduct, your fitness to practise is impaired.
