ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 10 May 2023 is confirmed. The Conditions are:
1. You must confine your professional practice to one employer, namely the Scottish Ambulance Service.
2. You must confine the scope of your professional practice to the workplace activities as directed by your employer, namely the Scottish Ambulance Service.
3. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor, registered with the HCPC as a Paramedic, and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC with 7 days. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.
4. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by the Scottish Ambulance Service or if the Scottish Ambulance Service makes any amendments to the scope of your workplace activities.
5. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.
6. You must inform your employer that your registration is subject to these conditions.
7. You will be responsible for meeting any and all costs associated with complying with these conditions.
8. Any condition requiring you to provide information to the HCPC is to be met by you sending the information to the offices of the HCPC, marked for the attention of the relevant case manager.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 14 February 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
