Allegation
As a registered Radiographer your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct, In that:
1. On 9 occasions between 15 April 2020 and 19 May 2020, you used Person A’s name to secure NHS accommodation you were not entitled to.
2. You did not inform the HCPC in a timely manner that you had been suspended by from your agency pending their investigation into the matters as set out in allegation 1 above.
3. On or around 20 May 2020 you denied any wrong doing
4. On or around 20 May 2020 you denied knowing Person A whose details you used when this was not the case.
5. Your conduct in relation to allegations 1, 2 3 and 4 above was dishonest.
6. The matters set out in allegations 1, 2, 3 4 and 5 above constitute misconduct.
7. By reasons of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
