Order
ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Margaret Sutherland, must comply with the following conditions of practice:
(i) The Registrant must meet with a workplace supervisor, registered with the HCPC, or other appropriate statutory regulator, on a monthly basis. Such meetings should address, but are not limited to: reviewing note keeping, clinical decision making, caseload management and data protection.
(ii) The Registrant is to complete all mandatory training.
(iii) The Registrant should provide a written report from her workplace supervisor 7 days before each review hearing of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.
Notes
This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 19 April 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
