Conducting the hearing in private

1.The Presenting Officer applied for a direction that the entirety of the proceedings should be conducted in private. The Panel agreed to this direction. This is a case before the Health Committee and it concerns the Registrant’s health. The direction is necessary to protect her private life.

 

Order

ORDER: Upon the expiry of the present period of suspension, namely on 17 November 2023, the Registrar is directed to strike the name of Janine Thomas from the Register.
