ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 4 July 2023 is confirmed and the conditions and are as follows:

1. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you take up any further employment requiring HCPC registration, or if you cease to be employed by an employer who required you to have HCPC registration.

2. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

3. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

4. You must confine your professional practice to that of a Band 5 Radiographer (or below) or equivalent band if working in private practice.

5. Whilst working as a registered Radiographer, you must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator. You must supply details of that supervisor to the HCPC within 7 days of commencing that employment. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations including, but not limited to, any further progress with your Personal Development Plan.

6. You must provide a report from your Workplace Supervisor to the HCPC no later than 7 days prior to any further review of this Interim Order. This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 4 January 2024.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 06 January 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
