As a registered Paramedic (PA44822); your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that: 

1. On 15 August 2016 you deregulated the ambulance to exceed the speed restrictor and drove in excess of national speed limits.  

2. On 16 March 2020 when carrying out an ECG on Patient B you  removed Patient B’s breast out of her bra and left Patient B unnecessarily exposed for a period of approximately 20 minutes.  

3. On 2 April 2020:
 
i. you did not maintain accurate patient records in that you did not record that you had given the patient Entonox.
ii. your communication with Colleague C was unprofessional. 
 

4. You displayed unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour and/or communication in that:  

 On 8 April 2020: 
 

i. in respect of a naked patient who had been covered with a  towel during their conveyance to hospital, you said to Colleague C who had been driving, “Thanks for that…I enjoyed the trip into hospital as every time you went over a bump, the blanket covering her t*** fell down, giving me a great view” or words to that effect:  

ii. you exposed the patient for longer than was necessary.
 
iii. On 26 June 2020, you drove in an inappropriate and/or reckless manner 

 
5. You did not notify the Health and Care Professions Council that your practice had been restricted by your employer on 19 September 2019. 

 
6. You did not notify the Health and Care Professions Council that you had been suspended by your employer on 7 July 2020.  

 
7. Your conduct in relation to particular 5 was dishonest. 
 

8. Your conduct in relation to particulars 2, 4ai and/or 4aii was sexual.
 

9. Your conduct at particulars 1 to 8 constitutes misconduct. 
 

10. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired
