ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 24 March 2023 is confirmed. The conditions are:

1. You must confine your professional practice to that of a Registered Podiatrist.

2. You must not carry out any work or surgical procedures that would be within the scope of practice of a Registrant with the annotation of Podiatric Surgeon on the Register.

3. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease your current self-employed practice or take up any other or further employment.

4. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

5. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

i. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

ii. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

6. You must confirm to the HCPC whether or not you have undertaken any surgical work 48 hours prior to any review of this order.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 16 March 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
