ORDER: 

The Panel concluded that an interim conditions of practice order is sufficient to protect the public and uphold the public interest. Accordingly, the Panel made an interim conditions of practice order as follows:

1. You must confine your professional practice to being employed only by the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.

2. In your clinical practice, you must place yourself under the direct supervision of one or more HCPC registered Podiatrists (‘the supervisors’) and provide their details to the HCPC within 14 days of this hearing. You must attend upon those supervisors as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

3. No later than 14 days prior to any future review of this Interim Order, you must provide the HCPC with a report from the supervisors which addresses the following areas:

a) Clinical practice, competence and safety; and

b) Whether any further clinical concerns have arisen since the making of this Interim Order together with the nature of those concerns.

4. You must keep the HCPC informed regarding whether any disciplinary and/or capability proceedings are commenced by your Employer

5. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to conditions:

i Any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 5 July 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.

Right to Apply to the Court
Under Article 31(12) of the Health Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to revoke or vary the conditions imposed
