Order
ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months, you Nicola Kay Redford must comply with the following conditions of practice, namely:
(1) You must not undertake any work through an agency.
(2) You must not undertake any work as a locum.
(3) You must only treat patients when there is present another person who is a registered health professional. For the avoidance of doubt, that person need not be registered by the HCPC, but could be registered by another UK statutory regulator of health professionals.
(4) You must inform the HCPC forthwith if you cease to be employed by your current employer.
(5) If you take up any further or alternative employment, you must forthwith provide the HCPC with details of that employment.

(7) You must forthwith inform the HCPC of the outcome of your appeal against the disciplinary hearing held on 17 May 2024.
(8) You must inform the HCPC forthwith if further proceedings are commenced against you by your employer that relate to issues of discipline or competence.
(9) You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. your current employer;
B. any prospective employer for work for which your HCPC registration is required (at the time of your application);
C. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training;
D. any healthcare professional involved with your currenttreatment;
E. the Occupational Health provider for your current employer.
(10) You must allow the HCPC to share, as necessary, details about your performance, compliance with, and/or progress under these conditions with:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any prospective employer for work for which your HCPC registration is required (at the time of your application);
C. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training;
D. any healthcare professional involved with your current treatment;
E. the Occupational Health provider for your current employer.
Notes
This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 11 January 2025
or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available
after it was made.
