The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Mr Rezaul Hossain Razu, must comply with the following Interim Conditions of Practice:

1) You must restrict your professional Physiotherapist practice to working for your current employer.

2) You must restrict your professional Physiotherapist patient consultations to those conducted virtually and must not undertake any in-person patient consultations.

3) You must inform your employer (as indicated in Interim Condition 1), within 14 days, that your registration is subject to these interim conditions of practice.

4) You must inform the HCPC within seven days, if you cease to be employed by your current employer.

5) You must obtain a report from your employer confirming that there have been no complaints about your performance and conduct, and send it to the HCPC no later than seven days before each review hearing.

6) You must inform the HCPC within seven days of becoming aware of:

A. any patient safety incident you are involved in, in your professional physiotherapist practice;
B. any investigation started against you, in your professional physiotherapist practice; and
C. any disciplinary proceedings taken against you, in your professional physiotherapist practice.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 17 December 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
