Order

ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice order made on 21 November 2023 is confirmed. The conditions are:

Whilst carrying out your profession as a paramedic you must:

  1. Not undertake any driving duties;
  2. promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment;
  3. promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer;
  4. inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
  1. any organization or person employing or contracting with you;
  2. any agency you are registered with or apply to be with registered with (at the time of application); and
  3. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).
  1. You will be responsible for meeting any and all costs associated with complying with these conditions.

 

Notes

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 13 June 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
