Finding
Preliminary Matters
Hearing the case in private
1. As the substantive order review hearing related to the Registrant’s health and was being heard by the Health Committee, the Panel determined that the entirety of the hearing should be held in private. It was satisfied that this was justified in order to protect the Registrant’s private life.
Order
The Registrar is directed to suspend the registration of Mr Andrew P Friend for a further period of 12 months on the expiry of the existing Order.
Notes
The Order imposed today will apply from 11 April 2024. This Order will be reviewed again before its expiry on 11 April 2025.
