As a registered Radiographer your fitness to practice is impaired by reason of
misconduct. In that:

1. Whilst working for Dudley Hospitals Foundation Trust, you behaved in a discriminatory way towards work colleagues. In that:

a. On or around 21 September 2019 you did not communicate professionally, in that you sent a photograph via the messaging platform WhatsApp which showed your work colleagues eating at a buffet with the caption “not the immigrant soup kitchen”.

b. Between 2014 & 2015 you did not communicate professionally, in that you told two work colleagues “you are used to fighting over water in Africa” or words to that effect.

c. You did not communicate professionally; in that you told a work colleague “they have said they want to put a black person on an interview panel who doesn’t know about the job” or words to that effect.

d. On or around 19 October 2020 you did not communicate professionally, in that you said “the browns are working over there” or words to that effect.

e. You did not communicate professionally; in that you spoke to colleagues in an intimidating manner when addressing their mistakes.

2. Your conduct in relation to particular 1 above was racially motivated.

3. The matters set out in particulars 1 & 2 above constitute misconduct.

4. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practice is impaired.
