Allegation
As a registered Physiotherapist PH113931 your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your misconduct. In that:
1. Between May 2021 and August 2021, you inappropriately accessed the Primary Health Care Record of Colleague 1 on two occasions.
2. You did not inform the HCPC about the findings of your former employer’s investigation.
3. The matters set out in particular 1 and 2 above constitutes misconduct.
4. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
